Spring is in the air and we’re definitely feeling the good vibes: We have more incredible speakers to announce for NEXT Berlin 2012!

We’re pleased to have Ulla-Maaria Engeström, founder and CEO of ThingLink, join us. She (pictured above) is a Finnish social media entrepreneur with an interest in design and lifestyle media, object navigation, image interaction, and the long tail markets. At NEXT she will talk about the Internet of Things and introduce ThingLink, the leading provider of image interaction tools.

Georg Warga has European roots -he’s from Austria – and is now Executive Creative Director and partner at Goodstein & Partners and ECD at Proximity, and is currently living in Beijing. In his seventeen years of advertising experience he worked for brands such as BOSCH, Vodafone, Bank Austria Kunstforum, Nestlé, Unilever and monster.com. Most excitingly, he co-invented the co-creation platform The People’s Car Project for Volkswagen that has won him – and his agency – many weighty trophies. In May he and his co-partner in this project  – Sven John of Greenkern – will fill us in on how it came into being.

We’re sure you’ve got one and we definitely do, too: an opinion about having Felix Petersen on stage at NEXT. Ours, of course, is “quite fabulous!” He is CEO and Co-Founder of Amen, a service for voicing strong opinions and ranking the world around you. Born and raised in Berlin, Felix has been busy with remote data transmissions since the late eighties and has been building things on the Internet since 1996.

Also live on stage will be Martin Enderle, Senior Vice President P&I Digital Services at our proud partner Telekom. Together with Matthias Schrader of SinnerSchrader he will co-chair the conference, while the start-up track is curated by Min-Kin Mak, who is responsible for New Business and Partnering at Telekom.

You can also look forward to David Bausola (CEO of Weavrs), Deepa Iyengar (CEO of MindGames), Mikkel Svane (Founder and CEO of Zendesk), Nate Elliott (Vice President and Principal Analyst at Forrester), Edial Dekker (CEO of Gidsy), Caroline Drucker (Partnership Marketing Manager at Soundcloud), Mary Huang (Founder of Continuum Fashion), Ralf Hirt (Founder and CEO of Glam Media), Thomas Kiessling (Chief Product and Innovation Officer at Telekom), Stefan Glänzer (Founder of White Bear Yard and most recently Founding Partner at Passion Capital) and of course another NEXT regular: Mike Butcher (Editor of TechCrunch Europe).
