Thorsten Schapmann on deepblue networks

Thorsten Schapmann is one of the co-founders of deeblue networks. The Hamburg-based agency was founded in 2001 and traditionally focussed on marketing. But due to changes in society and the industry, they saw the need to alter the way they did their business, Schapmann explained at NEXT Berlin 2012.

They implemented a new business model and switched to a more entrepreneurial and holistic view of creativity and creative services, ranging from product and service development to sales processes. Additionally, they also adjusted the organisational structures and staffing to be able to quickly adapt to new circumstances.
