The Game Developers Conference Quo Vadis and NEXT Berlin will host an exciting panel discussion between influencers of the gaming scene and the digital pioneer Jessica Colaço. On April 23 your NEXT Berlin Ticket will also serve as entrance ticket to the Quo Vadis, almost next door. Germany’s largest conference for topics related to video games will take place at Café Moskau (Karl-Marx Allee 34, Berlin).

Firstly, welcoming speeches by NEXT Chairman Matthias Schrader and Quo Vadis organiser Stephan Reichart will open the ‘NEXT Berlin meets Quo Vadis’ session at 2 o’clock (entrance will be 30 minutes before). Following these, Jessica Colaço will introduce a panel discussion about the use and the understanding of digital media in Africa. Jessica Colaço is a Researcher, Mobile Technology Evangelist and founder of the Mobile Boot Camp in Kenya.

Among the panelists will be Hendrik Klindworth, the Co-Founder and CEO of InnoGames and Joseph Olin, who is a faculty member at the University of Southern California video game program. The latter was recently appointed Executive Director for the International Digital Media & Arts Association (iDMAa).
