Matthias Schrader

Matthias Schrader is CEO of SinnerSchrader, one of Europe’s leading digital agency groups. Since the early 80′s he has specialised in the world of technology and Internet. During this time, the IT industry has experienced much change and development, which Matthias excitingly witnessed and experienced himself.

This fast growing industry so inspired and captivated him that, in conjunction with Oliver Sinner, he founded SinnerSchrader in 1996.

Since 2006 Matthias has been Chairman of the annual NEXT event, which is the leading networking platform and foremost Internet conference of the digital scene in Europe.

Volker Martens

Born in 1963 in Hamburg, studied industrial engineering until 1989. Started at Reemtsma as a project manager for sales & IT projects, until 1995. Founded FAKTOR 3 in 1995 along with Sabine Richter and Stefan Schraps.

Initial clients from the dot.com world like AOL and alando. Strong annual growth rates in the first years, a staff of 80 within four years. After the collapse of the dot.com bubble 2001, re-defined as communications agency FAKTOR 3 AG with special services for public relations, events, online, cooperation marketing and design. Established a new agency model for integrated communication solutions for clients from the information technology, telecommunications, media & entertainment, food and automotive sectors.

Current: Top 15 communication agency in Germany with more than 170 employees in Hamburg. Stakes in specialised companies like FAKTOR 3 LIVE, FAKTOR 3 Design, FAKTOR 3 Consulting and FAKTOR 3 Sport. FAKTOR 3 AG’s current clients include Samsung, Adobe, Microsoft, Twitter, Porsche, Seat, Beiersdorf, Coca Cola and Velux, among others.

Daniel Bröckerhoff

Daniel Bröckerhoff is a freelance journalist and TV/video/event host living in Hamburg and Mainz. Since may 2015 he is hosting the new late news show "heute+", produced by public broadcaster ZDF.

Working with and on the internet since 1998 he is a tech enthusiast and early adopter but also looking at the disruptive developments from a critical point of view.
