Eine Woche nach der next08 ist es Zeit für einen Blick auf das Feedback aus über 1.000 Blogposts, Twitter und der next08 Live Community auf six groups.
One week after the next08 it is time for a closer look on the feedback in more than 1.000 blog posts, on Twitter and by the next08 live community on six groups. I will do it in Loic le Meur style.
We are already thinking about the next09 and taking the first steps towards next year's edition of the next conference. Please don't hesitate to send us feedback per mail, comment on this post or in your blog. We are also preparing a short survey for participants.
"Whatever has been attained is attainable", says the fortune cookie I got yesterday after lunch. Most of you liked the next08 very much - many thanks for that! The next next conference should be even better. Thanks to all sponsors, partners, speakers, team and participants for the success this year's edition clearly was.
What a fantastic couple of days I have been experiencing here in Hamburg, Germany, attending an event worth while remembering for quite some time to come: Next08. Yes, indeed, so much so that today is the day after and I am still buzzing!; not only because of the superb quality of the speakers and presentations, but also because of the overall event itself, including the organisation and overall setup. And what to say about the massive social networking activities going on throughout? Just brilliant!

My head is spinning, but I had a great time at the wonderful Next08 conference in Hamburg (despite my early departure) and the more collegial and fun Going Solo in Lausanne.

There are about 1,200 people here, up from around 700 last year which just goes to show how much the industry is changing here in Europe. As one delegate described it to me, it's one of the few - if perhaps the only event - to bring Geeks and Investors together in Germany.
Mike Butcher, TechCrunch
So I'm am the Next08 conference watching some start-ups that give a five minute elevator pitch. I can't understand them all, as not all the German entrepreneurs here are as smart as Amazee, Jupidi, Mikestar and Toksta, since they present in German. I'm sure this is more comfortable for them as it's their native language, and of course, most of the services are focused on the German market, but something doesn't feel right here.
Ernst-Jan Pfauth, The Next Web
We're working on it. See you next year in Hamburg!
