Ingo Horak gründete im Mai 2007 die DocInsider GmbH und leitet das Unternehmen seither als Geschäftsführer.Nach dem Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik und Germanistik in Paderborn und Brüssel startete Horak 1997 seine Karriere im Medienhaus Gruner + Jahr in Hamburgals Verantwortlicher von stern.de.
Nach einem Wechsel zu AOL 1999 war er erst als Leiter für den Bereich Business + Finanzen zuständig, später war er Contentleiter von CompuServe und schließlich als Director für Produktentwicklung, Communities und Portale. Weitere berufliche Stationen: Bereichsleiter für Paid Services bei WEB.de und Mitglied der Geschäftsführung bei AMANGO.
Seit 2005 betreibt Ingo Horak die Unternehmensberatung THinteractive in Hamburg, ein spezialisiertes Beratungsunternehmen für interaktive Medien.
