Martina Pickhardt ist Senior Management Consultant. Die Boom 1.0-Erfahrene und bekennde Re-Founderin arbeitet das damals Erlebte in ihrem Blog Themenriff auf und vermittelt, wie sie das Gelernte bei ihrer aktuellen Neugründung anwendet.
Seit 2004 ist Martina Pickhardt als freie Strategieberaterin in den Bereichen Personalisierung und neue Medien tätig.
Die diplomierte Wirtschaftsinformatikerin war vorher bei Oracle Deutschland für den Bereich Strategische Projekte eCommerce verantwortlich, bevor sie 1999 die COCUS AG gründete, ein Unternehmen für Personalisierungssoftware. Nach ihrem Ausstieg bei der COCUS AG war sie Stipendiatin in dem internationalen Programm "art, science & business" an der Akademie Schloss Solitude.
