Christian Nagel, Earlybird

Christian Nagel is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Earlybird.

Nagel has about 15 years of entrepreneurial and investment experience and supported very successfully as a former Chairman of the Board both Tipp24 and Interhyp, which returned more than 50 times of the original Earlybird investment. He currently serves on the following boards: BridgeCo, Lumics, MergeOptics and Smava.

Previously, Nagel was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. Inc. focusing on restructuring, strategy and M&A projects within various industries. He holds a Industrial Engineering degree from the Technical University of Hamburg, specializing in process engineering and a PhD degree in management from the University of St. Gallen.
