Martin Gaedt, Younect

Martin Gaedt is CEO and co-founder of the eRecruitng start-up Younect. He is also Business Innovation Manager at Gewinnovation since 2005. As CEO of Younect Gaedt is responsible for sales and the strategic vision: Younect is offering the first eRecruiting for the 900.000 kids leaving school each year in Germany. They only know about 10-20 careers out of over 2000 possibilities.

With the fast decrease of pupils the companies will need a special eRecruiting and new forms of Employer Branding among pupils to fit their needs best. In 2007 we were financed by two businss angels and in 2008 the VC-investors IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft and Flore Fütterer realized their investment in Younect.
