Martina Pickhardt is a Senior Management Consultant. The boom 1.0 experienced and avowed re-founder Pickhardt describes her experiences in her blog Themenriff and puts across how she applies the learned knowledge in her new establishment.

Since 2004 Martina Pickhardt is active as a free strategy consultant in the areas of personalisation and new media. The business informatics graduate was in charge of the sector Strategic Projects eCommerce at Oracle Germany before she founded the Cocus AG in 1999, which is a corporation for personalisation software. After quitting her job at the Cocus AG, she was a stipendiary for the international programme Art, Science & Business at the Akademie Schloss Solitude.
