Cees van Dok, frog design

Cees van Dok is Executive Creative Director Europe at frog design. As the creative lead for frog's European design practice, Cees van Dok leads a team of more than 40 designers in the areas of Interaction, Product and Visual Design and Design Research. He and his team leverage and drive frog core competencies of ideation and design to help clients innovate and re-imagine their products and their place in the market.

Prior to joining frog design he was employed for 6 years at Microsoft in Redmond, working within the MSN organization as a product designer on consumer software applications. In 2003, as a design manager in the Microsoft Windows User Experience team, his focus was primarily on concept development and product design of Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 7.

He has 15 years of experience in various roles in the software industry with a strong focus on user experience design and holds over 60 patents and patent applications in the area of user interface design. He holds a Master of Science degree from the Delft University of Technology, faculty of Industrial Design Engineering.
