Uly Wolters, diligenZ

Uly Wolters is managing partner of diligenZ management consulting GmbH since 2009 and Senior Investment Manager CEE of eVenture Capital Partners GmbH since 2008.

He gathered a broad experience in consulting and venture topics especially in Eastern Europe. He is a co-founder for prestigeshop in Ukraine and Shopdeluxe in Russia, two private shopping platforms in Eastern Europe. Besides those engagements he was involved as a co-founder of Tradera in the late 90s, which is the biggest Scandinavian internet auction platform. He also acted as a co-founder of ProXchange, a B-2-B platform for used industrial assets in 19 countries with more than 200 employees.

In his former career he acted as an investment manager at OTTO Venture Capital. Mr. Wolters is an minority shareholder in several start-up businesses in 5 countries. In April 2010 Uly Wolters wrote a chapter on "E-Ventures in Eastern Europe" part of the German publication "Web-Exzellenz im E-Commerce".
