NEXT11 welcomes first Programme Curators
The first week of January is perfect for a fresh start and an introduction. The NEXT conference installed a programme board to assist the compilation of the programme. We’re very happy that Peter, Marcel and Anitra joined our team. They will be in charge of the theme tracks social, commerce and media.
Social Media is over!
Very soon, everything will be social. This track will cover the social layer that transcends all other parts of your business, from mobile technology to business development, customer service or innovation.
Peter Bihr curates the social track at NEXT11. The web strategist and blogger is partner and managing director of Third Wave Berlin, a boutique agency for online strategy and trend research. For his clients, he develops and deploys strategies to foster relationships of value with their stakeholders, customers and communities.
Media Perspectives: From Data with Love
Will technology kill ad networks? From brand managers to data slaves? Content was king? Anitra Eggler is about questions. And answers. She curates and presents the media track at NEXT11.
Since 2010 Anitra makes her living as an independent marketing, media and communications expert, was appointed Digital Mastermind of the Viennese advertising agency PKP BBDO, lecturers on Social Media Marketing and Corporate Communications, blogs and is writing a guidebook, that will save the life of everyone who feels overcommunicated and underinformed.
Commerce: No perfect data means no perfect shopping experience
A successful online shop loves and needs good data. That includes product data, customer data and web analytics data. In the commerce track Marcel Brindöpke will illustrate the importance of data in relation to online shopping.
Since 2011 he is partner at talentformation.com in Hamburg, a platform of leading e-commerce experts. Moreover he consults offline brands and sale departments supporting their online venture. Up until the end of 2010 Marcel was part of otto.de as head of online category management. He blogs about e-commerce at shopanprobe.de.
We’ll announce the remaining three curators for the mobile, advertising and technology track soon. Feel free to vote and propose at vote.nextconf.eu your own speaker or topic suggestions.
