The Programme Developers

Monique van Dusseldorp is a well-known curator of seminars and conferences on creativity, innovation, and technology. Over the last ten years she initiated and organised a series of internationally renowned events, all with a top line of speakers. She was the Programme Director of PICNIC, an Amsterdam cross media festival, from 2006 to 2008, and is presently Programme Director for TEDxAmsterdam and a number of other industry events, mostly in the field of media and technology.

Martin Recke is Head of Conference Management and in charge of the national programme management.

Matthias Schrader is Chairman of the NEXT Conference.

Together with well-known representatives of the international Internet industry our programme developers appointed seven digital industry experts to be curators of our theme tracks:

The Basics

On two conference days the participants will learn everything about the interactive consumer and his next steps on the web.

The participants can pick their individual schedule out of 50 hours of programme and more than 100 speakers.

Four parallel tracks will be taking place each day, and will be extended with workshops and special presentations formats.

The Call for Participation

For the last couple of years, we used to issue a Call for Participation, asking for proposals regarding speakers and topics. Now we are going one step further. This year, everyone interested in the NEXT Conference can also vote on each and every proposal, thus giving us a better idea on whom and what you want to see on stage. The Call for Participation ended February 15th. Until February 28th you had the opportunity to vote on your favourite speakers.
