Erkan Kilicaslan

Erkan joined Iris Capital in 2005 and is responsible for international investments in the media and entertainment, communications and IT sector. He is on the board of Clear2Pay, Searchmetrics, Tyntec, reBuy and 1-2-3.TV (as observer). Prior he was a Partner at TecVenture Partners, a Venture Capital fund based in Munich and worked with numerous technology companies on issues around M&A and growth management. Previously, he was at Technologieholding VC in Munich as Investment Manager, and with McKinsey & Company on corporate finance and technology projects. In addition, he has been with Schlumberger Technologies in their Smart Card division in Paris as Ingénieur d’Affaires for Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. Erkan has a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Ruhr-Universität Bochum in Germany, studied at ENSERB in Bordeaux (ENSERB) and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
