There’s nothing more pragmatic than a well-thought plan – this could be the motto of Susanne’s work as a leading Social Media Strategist. And her plans work. She was the conceptual community head behind the IKEA hej-community, a home decoration community that soon after its start in February 2010 became the largest and most active living community in the German web.
Architecture and Philosophy, her two fields of academic study, showed up in different ways during her professional life. Starting as an editor at Markgraph, a highly awarded agency for special communication, she changed to Information Architecture and Concept in digital spaces for different agencies, and finally got in the field of Social Media Strategy now working as Head of Strategy at Torben, Lucie und die gelbe Gefahr (TLGG) in Berlin.
Her passion is to create platforms and spaces, content and conversations that make digital inhabitants come and stay. And what is as important: her strategies are made to fulfill not only the wishes and needs of the audience, but also the goals and performance targets of the clients she works for.
