Transactionism – Mobile means money

Jörg Jelden is a trend and transformation consultant based in Hamburg. He also offers commissioned trend research. Together with Interone he analysed the impact of iPhones, Facebook and Foursquare on the media usage and consumption habits of trendsetters. Jörg is a known speaker and moderator, he recently presented at 2b Ahead Congress and LIFT Conference. Until last year, he was senior trend consultant at Trendbüro, Hamburg.

The mobile track will cover trends such as machine-to-machine communication and its impact on service perspectives and the possible hype in mobile commerce, initiated by near field communication technologies.

Branding in a digital world – New opportunities for creativity

Full power support by Scholz & Friends: They not only curate but also sponsor the branding track at NEXT. They will illustrate how social media works as high performance data resource.

Matthias Schmidt is partner and executive board member of Scholz & Friends Group and Creative Managing Director at Scholz & Friends Hamburg. He started his career in 1998 as a junior copywriter at Scholz & Friends Berlin, where he became a senior copywriter one year later and, in 2001, creative director and family head. In 2005 he was appointed to the management board of Scholz & Friends Hamburg. In this function, he is responsible for the creative performance of the agency. In April 2008, he was appointed executive board member of the Scholz & Friends Group.

As a studied psychologist Luise Hübbe is always keen on learning about the interface between media and people’s minds – and on to how influence others. After her diploma she started her career at Berlins plantage* followed by a job as strategic planner at ddb Berlin. For two years now Luise is happy to be part of the Scholz and Friends Strategy Group – Germany’s biggest agency-related unit of strategy consultants.

Technology between values, performance and psychology

Holger Blank is as Managing Director in charge of the technology department of the SinnerSchrader digital agency. He is engaged with web-tech since 1994. After several different occupational stops, i.e. at Oracle, he started working at SinnerSchrader in 1999 and became Managing Partner in 2004. Holger is also one of the initiators of JSConf EU.

Currently he is thrilled by the even faster evolvement of web technologies than ever. He predicts that discussions around values of business performance and psychology will characterise the web technology sector in 2011.
