The complete list of the NEXT 100 can be found in the printed version of WirtschaftsWoche and at wirtschaftwoche.de (from May 8). It was created by combining the results of both, a public voting and the rating of the NEXT 100 jury: The digital community had the opportunity to propose and vote for its top digital trendsetters. A high profile jury consisting of ten investors, entrepreneurs, start-up experts and executives from other industries then decided on their NEXT 100. Each jury member was able to appoint their favourite people among the nominees by distributing between 1 and 10 points per nominee. They could also add a person they thought was missing.

Many representatives of the NEXT 100 will attend the NEXT conference in Berlin on May 8 & 9. Among them will be for example: Rowan Barnett (Twitter Germany), Felix Haas (Amiando), Christian Reber (6Wunderkinder), Christophe Maire (txtr, Atlantic Ventures), Sven Külper (myTaxi) and many more. Some NEXT 100 like René Obermann (Deutsche Telekom), Mike Butcher (TechCrunch) and Claudia Helming (Dawanda) will also be speaking at the conference.
