Today we’d like to reveal the complete programme for NEXT Service Design. Having announced the speakers for our main stage two weeks ago, we can now show you our packed programme for the second stage & our workshops! Service design experts from all around Europe will discuss current issues and share insights in fireside chats.

Additionally, cases and best practices from the field will also be an important topic. Torsten Körting (projectyzer) and freelance Art Director Inge Vorraber will outline the impact service design has on traditional media. How service design revolutionises mobile applications and devices will be illustrated by Dietmar Dahmen (ADC). Interaction Designer and User Experience Strategist Gianluca Brugnoli (Frog Design) will show how to design ‘Smart Experiences and Digital Services’.

In our service design workshops all participants will have the opportunity to gain some practical experiences and insights. Axel Averdung and Erik Groeneveld (SinnerSchrader) will introduce ‘the service logic’ and elaborate with attendees how a service-dominant orientation should be established in agencies.

Martin Jordan and Manuel Grossmann (Service Design Berlin) will discuss exceptional services: What makes them so remarkable? What differentiates them from other services?

“How can you use what we have stolen and improved?” is the theme of Wouter Walgraeve’s and Robby Remmerie’s (Nascom) hands-on workshop. Participants will have the opportunity to apply the latest service design methods, to gain insights from the Belgian service designers, and to share the concepts they’ve stolen from books, blogs etc and developed further.

Get inspired, deepen your knowledge, broaden your network – at NEXT Service Design.
