In just one week the NEXT Service Design conference will take place. Today, we’d like to announce further keynote speakers.

Reto Wettach and Nancy Birkhölzer will discuss ‘Designing Services for a Technological World’. Reto is founder and Design Director of the agency IxDS – one of Germany’s Top 100 most inventive companies. Nancy Birkhölzer is Managing Director of IxDS and consults clients in developing innovative products and services. In their keynote, they’ll share insights and present interesting examples of customised service design processes and innovative services.

In addition, Pia Betton will talk at NEXT Service Design. She is Managing Partner and Director Consulting of the international agency Edenspiekermann. In her keynote, Pia will discuss how agencies can accompany changes, avoid frustrations and ensure the ROI of service design processes. “Let’s take a look at the needs and challenges of clients and discuss the roles we can (and can’t?) play,” she outlines the topic of her talk.
