Did you ever wonder who was the mastermind behind Barack Obamas standard-setting digital reelection campaign? The answer is engineer Harper Reed who developed the data-driven strategy. At NEXT Berlin 2013 the CTO will give a rock’n’roll keynote and show the community how to use big data to develop cutting-edge digital strategies.

Neelie Kroes, Vice President of the European Commission, will share her vision of the digital future in a keynote. She’s in charge of the ‘Digital Agenda for Europe’, which contains 101 actions to push the use of digital technologies and the EU economy.

Bryce Roberts will share his vast experience in advising entrepreneurs. To attend NEXT13, he’s flying over from San Francisco, where he works as Managing Director of the successful VC O’Reilly Alpha Tech Ventures. The company invests in seed-stage start-ups, among them Bitly, Foursquare, Tripit and Instructables.
