Startups are build around a great business idea, they are fast & agile, but (at least in Germany) often lack the resources they’d need to grow their business. Big corporations, on the other hand, have all the resources, but lack the speed. So just put the two together and, in theory, you’ll have a great win-win-situation. In real life, however, you’ll more likely end up in a nasty culture clash. How can this be fixed? Are there models that allow corporates to successfully build businesses like or with startups?
