The Three Principles of Participatory Organisations
In this workshop we will explore the model of Three Principles of Participatory Organisations as a framework that can enable any organisation with a purpose beyond profit to tap into the ideas, energy and resources of its customers, and succeed by doing so. Participants will have a chance to experiment with Purpose, Platform and Prototype as an antidote to the outdated, constraining model of the Four Ps of the Marketing Mix.
