Online – anytime, anywhere. For most of us this is a permanent condition and yet: 2/3 of all digital natives yearn for personal care in the cosy warm bank branch when it comes to banking business. But that should please be right around the corner, easily accessible and ideally open around the clock, including personal support from the easy-casual bank advisor. At the same time, we do the next bank transfer at the touch of a finger using a smartphone, the same device we use to pay for Saturday shopping in the supermarket or book the next trip on the Flixbus. However, we want to protect our data so that Siri, Alexa and Co. cannot listen in. So, what if non-banks did banking? Sven Deglow, CEO of Consorsbank and DAB, would like to openly discuss these topics with the participants and will give an outlook on how the banking system of the future can even work with a bank.
