Arno Schmadl studied Industrial Engineering and Economics in Karlsruhe, Germany and spent several years working in different positions in the field of Industrial Laser applications. During his studies, Arno spent time in Shanghai, China and Cape Town, South Africa. He graduated on the ‘Economics of Direct Metal Laser-Sintering’. After getting hooked on the 3D printing technology in early 2008, Arno joined the global market leader EOS, working in corporate strategy and in 2010 took over the role of the Business Development Manager for Lifestyle Products.
