Paula Marttila helps European early stage Internet startups and is frequent mentor at Seedcamp and Springboard startup accelerators, having previously developed digital media and consumer Internet solutions within Nordic’s largest media house Schibsted. She's focused on product, marketing and growth.

She's one of the connectors and influencers on the European early stage startups scene and is often found at startup competitions and hackathons as judge and speaker. She has been selected as Top 100 Women in Tech in Europe.

She holds BS in Business Economics, Computer and Systems Sciences from Stockholm University in Sweden. Paula is Finn full of Sisu, currently living in Berlin.
