In her role as the Chief Brand Officer, Ana oversaw marketing, creative and product design function and was responsible for setting the brand strategy, defining the creative and editorial directions for the brand, and planning the omnichannel marketing execution. Prior to Banana Republic, Ana was the CMO of Mansur Gavriel and the Chief Brand Officer of Rebecca Minkoff, where she introduced the Female Founders Collective platform. Earlier in her career, Ana worked at the top global advertising agencies. She is a widely read columnist, speaker and advisor, and writes a popular weekly newsletter, The Sociology of Business.
