Senior Manager with multicultural approach and behaviour developed in more than 15 years of experience in the Finance and ICT field, and granted in different roles, from Financial controller through Program management to Sales and Presales Leader. Working in high competitive markets where a high level of customer focus, business acumen and self motivation are required, led deep transformation of the teams led in each company, done either through innovation of processes and tools, or realignment of people skills and geographies, always achieving expected results.
In the ICT services market also developed a focused consultative approach which directly brought a business impact to my customers and integrated different sales support functions and methodologies in HP. Attended 3rd EMBA at MIP – Politecnico di Milano, has been Contract Professor at University of Padova (“Management of IT companies” course) for 3 years, and is Co-author of “IT Outsourcing - The value of a strategic choice”, published in 2006 (Franco Angeli editore, Milano).
