Andreas Cappell is an accomplished digital leader with more than 15 years of experience driving business growth through customer-centric product and experience design. He is currently Director of Product & Client Management at Accenture Song, where he leads cross-functional teams for major clients in the automotive and insurance industries.

Andreas has a proven track record of leading successful digital transformations. During his 7+ years as Director of Product & Client Management at SinnerSchrader, he established an agile digital factory and led product teams that delivered award-winning work with leading brands. As Head of Product for a German social network, he led major platform relaunches that increased engagement.

Earlier in his career, Andreas honed his user-centered design skills and management acumen as a Product Manager at a major digital commerce platform, where he led digital portal redesigns and set social media strategy. He started as an Art Director at Publicis Groupe, creating innovative campaigns for global brands such as Disney, and various automotive brands.

Outside of work, Andreas enjoys spending time with his family in the greater Munich area.
