As a design director at IDEO Anne Pascual enables large and early-stage companies to grow and innovate by leveraging the potential of digital technologies and by focusing on customer value. She’s been leading large-scale innovation programs across a variety of industries launching new digital offers in the market. Anne Pascual has over 15 years of experience in UX design, building digital products in an agile way based on human needs and market insights. Originally trained in philosophy, Anne Pascual draws on her education and combines it with her design craft which has been inspired by the early days of the internet. She co-founded Schoenerwissen, a design studio for computational design, information visualization and software development in Berlin. In 2001 she has been awarded an Ars Electronica Award.
