Arne Bleckwenn is an experienced and impact-driven entrepreneur with a strong track record in founding and scaling companies across multiple industries. Over the past 15+ years, he has built and led several successful ventures, including the global vacation rental platform Wimdu, which he co-founded in 2011. After serving as CEO and later Board Member at Wimdu, Arne transitioned to focus on educational technology and social impact.

Since 2018, Arne has been the CEO of EIDU, an edtech company dedicated to improving learning outcomes for children in emerging markets through scalable, data-driven solutions. His passion for leveraging technology for positive societal change is also reflected in his role as a member of Founders Pledge, where he actively supports social business initiatives.

In parallel, Arne has been involved as an investor and board member in various early-stage companies, including Merantix, Celo, Fyber, Divimove, Memorado, Youtailor, and Jobmensa. His investment activities reflect a broad interest in technology, AI, media, and education.

Arne holds a degree in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where he first discovered his passion for entrepreneurship and built the foundation for his career in the startup ecosystem.
