Barbara Flügge is a German strategy researcher based out of St. Gallen, Switzerland. She is the strategy lead for one of the largest research projects, TEXO at THESEUS in Germany and seeks the commercialization of internet-based service businesses. She is a board member of a Swiss organization for business process management and dedicates her research and business portfolio to inter-organizational collaborations and business networks following standardization principles and business driven transformation capabilities of organizations and individuals.

Having successfully co-transformed the consulting business of Arthur Andersen Business Systems Consulting, the establishment of the consulting services business at Ariba Inc. for the DACH region in Europe and the consulting services footprint of SAP Germany at the location of Berlin, her current assignment at TEXO is building upon her extensive background in business-to-business and business-to-government collaborations. In her contributions, publications and forthcoming dissertation she sets into context the theoretical capabilities of B2B and B2G collaborations in the next stage with a feasible, business-relevant and executable approach.
