E-learning Specialist , Business Owner of sparks

Basti Koch is an e-learning specialist and Business Owner of sparks, the microlearning tool from Haufe Akademie. Basti has already helped an US secret service and the London police with further training using e-learning.

With sparks, he is now driving forward the topic of future skills and empowering people, teams and organizations to become better every day.

Since joining the Haufe Group in 2015, Basti has been responsible for various innovation initiatives such as Haufe Learning Experience, People.OS and FLEAT as Corporate Creative. Previously, he designed the world's largest avalanche prevention portal in Zurich and worked as an instructional designer in London. Basti earned his Master of Science in Instructional Design from Florida State University.
