Ben Freundorfer is a co-founder of replydone.

The Vienna based startup aims to make repetitive email communication more efficient by suggesting relevant text based on past replies.

Ben was already passionate about creating great experiences for customers when user experience
was no buzzword. This led him to work as a consultant in that field and apply this knowledge in his own projects.

Previously he founded letsannotate.com – an HTML5-based service to collaborate on PDF documents. He also holds a degree in computer science and business.
