Principal for Digital Strategy, Continuum
Brian is a Principal in the Service Design team at Continuum Boston sharing the responsibility for growing the digital practice and leveraging the broad skillset at Continuum to bridge the analog and digital divide and create integrated, multi-platform, multi-touchpoint customer experiences. Prior to joining Continuum, Brian spent a year in Amsterdam with boutique digital shop, MediaCatalyst, and prior to that at interactive agency Molecular/Isobar in Boston as Director of Strategic Design. Brian has worked with a diverse range of companies large and small including American Express, Samsung, Sprint, P & G, Yamaha, JPMorganChase, Rentokil Initial, Fidelity Investments, Alico, and adidas, where he led the design of the original user experience of the miCoach personal coaching system. Brian holds an MBA, Design Management from the University of Westminster, London. He is currently a member of the Advisory Board of the Design Management Institute and is co-chair for DMI’s 20103 Fall Design Leadership Conference on Experience Innovation to be held in Boston in November.
