Christian Pagel is Head of Information Technology Management/CIO at ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions in Essen, Germany since 1 March 2014. Together with a team of about 350 employees, Pagel is responsible for the worldwide operation and development of corporate business and technical IT systems, applications and processes. Previously Christian Pagel held further leading positions in different companies. Before joining the ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions AG he held the position as Vice President Corporate Business Systems / CIO at SGL Carbon SE since 2004. Further stations in his career are:
