Christina is a consultant and coach for individuals, teams and organizations on their way to new work and cultural change. She’s a partner at Curious, an innovation agency here in Hamburg. Christina also co-founded the Hamburger Resilienz Institut, a company specialized in resilience training programs, that are helping to build a strong mindset in our fast moving world. At the beginning of her career, she worked as an engineer at smart HQ, on projects such as new mobility services. She was also Head of Business Development at the next conference a couple years ago.
