Daniel Engelbarts has been a partner at ECONA since 2008 and is the founder of ECONA Shopping GmbH (formely known as SPARWELT GmbH).
With Sparwelt.de they started a german portal about the best bargains in the internet and are now working together with a lot of media partners.

Before joining ECONA, he was head of e-commerce at Bild.T-Online, a joint venture of the German publishing house Axel Springer and T-Online. Daniel Engelbarts studied business informatics at University of Applied Sciences in Wedel, Germany.
