With over 20 years of leading world-class creative, design, and technology teams Elizabeth Valleau is the Executive Creative Director for AI and XR and founding leader of Accenture Song’s New Realities group. She is focused on transforming business and human experience by responsibly applying new technologies in concert with human creativity; Spatial Computing (AR/MR/VR), Generative AI, Web3 and Blockchain.

With her previous leadership role at Meta, Elizabeth has led teams to create products used by billions of people and platforms that are changing the way we work and connect. She's been trying to make Neuromancer 'real' for the last 20 years... and she's getting close.

Previous to Meta, Elizabeth won a series of advertising and technologies highest awards with work at Grey as ECD of digital experience, The United Nations for the Global Goals campaign, and at R/GA where she 'grew up' during its halcyon days of Nike innovation work.

Elizabeth is also a passionate mentor and speaker. She leads mentorship groups for Women and LGBTQ youth in STEM.
