Erika is an Director Experience Strategy & Digital Product Management at Accenture Song. Having founded one of the first digital art galleries and worked for a number of early stage startups at the start of her career she now helps large corporations develop an experimentation culture when building their digital products and ecosystems.

Recently Erika introduced the OKR methodology to one of her clients and led a large scale change program enabling more than 30 teams across departments to get started with OKRs.
