My responsibilities included the conception and implementation of business strategies, in order to achieve and surpass sales, market penetration and profitability. I created and managed business development opportunities that were consistent with our development roadmap (technology partnerships). Additionally, I was responsible for the measurement of KPIs and the effectiveness of all processes both internally and externally. I was also involved in raising capital through investors.

Management of the Business Development Team (consisting of five team members). I was in charge of the identification (due diligence), acquisition and assistance of national and international strategic partners. This included market observations and analyses, the development of scalable strategies, the improvement of growth potentials, as well as the planning and implementation of successful business models.
