He is now setting up Catalyx, an unconventional brand building agency. Catalyx uses state of the art Open Marketing techniques to help businesses unlock hidden value from their brands.

He is fascinated by social media marketing and how to best to use it to get the customer to do the work for you.

Previously he looked after P&G’s Global Development Market Beauty Care business – leading a 40 country team to manage a 17 brand portfolio across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

When not working he is on the ski slopes or doing silly adventures – like a recent charity drive in a tiny car from London to Mongolia
