Hanno Burmester is Managing Director of the consultancy firm Unlearn (unlearn.eu) and Policy Fellow at a Berlin-based think tank.

As consultant, Hanno focuses on cultural transformation and new leadership models in the context of digitisation and the transformation of the workplace. In his think tank work, he is devoted to the future of democracy and the broader transformation of politics and the economy.
In the past, Hanno has worked in federal politics and as investigative journalist. Hanno is interview partner and op-ed writer in national German media. As keynote speaker, he delivers talks for DAX-corporations and on international conference stages.

Currently, he is finishing a book on how the transformation of individuals, organisations and society are intertwined.
