Ivona Gudelj is a Conversational AI Consultant at RBI Retail Innovation SK, where she is responsible for establishing conversation design principles and guidelines for the Raiffeisen Conversational AI Lab. In addition, she provides support to teams in designing and managing AI assistants to ensure they meet industry standards.

With a strong background in Conversational AI, Ivona has previously held key roles as a Program Manager and Conversation Designer, working with top-tier clients across various industries. Earlier, she pioneered the role of conversation designer in a global tech firm, where she launched a consulting service that earned her national recognition as Best Young Project Manager.
