Design Thinking for Digital Innovation

“That will be the next big thing!” Jens Otto Lange was sure about the rise of the Internet, when he founded an online agency in 1997. Since that time, Jens supports managers in marketing and product innovation to develop digital innovations (web, mobile, software) that are centered to the needs of customers and users.
In the fuzzy front end of innovation, the communication expert and industrial designer incorporates stakeholders, departments and externals into cross-functional collaboration. As a digital innovation facilitator, Jens moderates co-creation workshops applying design thinking as an innovation method, works out design and communication concepts and steers project teams as a Scrum Product Owner across departments and companies.
