As head of the Sparkassen Innovation Hub Jens Rieken is responsible for digital innovations for the German Savings Banks. The Hub is part of Star Finanz.
Together with a team of almost 30 employees he supports the German Savings Banks considering digitalisation towards the end customers.
Previously he was Chief Product Owner at Star Finanz responsible for the product strategy of all products and solutions. His focus is user-centered design, innovation and agile software development.
Before joining Star Finanz Jens was product owner in several software companies for about 15 years. He focused on online services, content management and analytics and gained start-up experiences with a start-up located in Hamburg.
