Katia Musiolek is a Senior Consultant at Edenspiekermann. She is passionate about good service design and in particular loves working on multi-stakeholder projects, where she has the chance to wrestle multiple perspectives into focused, dynamic and innovative solutions. She aims to maximize value to her clients by seamlessly combining the various customer touchpoints into a coherent and compelling service experience. In her work, she draws on substantial experience of advising companies in the fields of retail design and brand development, as well as on the many lessons learned during her first career as a sociologist and mediator.
