Kerstin is passionate about people and believes that putting them at the heart of
business delivers results that are far greater than the sum of the parts – even
more relevant in digital times. Kerstin helps social enterprises, start-ups and scale-ups to find their path in the digital jungle and to achieve sustainable growth.
She co-heads GPi, a boutique business transformation consultancy firm in
London. They specialise in digital transformation and organisational culture – with
people at the core – and have developed a digital readiness check and culture assessment tool, the Pathfinder.

Additionally, Kerstin co-heads the RSA Conscious Living Network, and is a member of the RSA Mindfulness Steering Committee (part of the 6Heads sustainability movement). She is also a member of the ABC digital think tank and the Global Presencing Community, while facilitating resilience workshops for conscious leaders. Her aim is to increase our awareness and expand our consciousness to live more creative, inspired and balanced lives in order to keep our sanity in digital times.
