Accenture Song, Business Anthropologist
Lilith is a Business Anthropologist at Accenture Song. She has nearly 15 years of experience in consulting companies with complex challenges by informing problem solving through human insights. For her, humans always come first in order to inform innovation and strategic decision making within businesses. Lilith is convinced that the biggest innovation fails are due to business blindness and a missing change of perspective towards the lived context of the people.
Over the past year, she spent her lifeblood into a study on the financial realities of women. The results of the study clearly show the structural and cultural inequalities that sit deep down in our societes. Since then she is dedicated on this topic - being a mom and caring daughter herself. Because there is a lot of work needed from all of us to overcome this burden.
