Lutz Hempel

Lutz is director and founder of Groovin’ Organization, consultant, facilitator, speaker. He has 15 years’ experience in management consulting, most recently as a managing partner of Integrated Consulting Group Germany. He studied product design and international arts management and holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde (Glasgow/UK), is educated in systemic OD and in design thinking and is a member of several leading global networks in arts & organization research and practice. Lutz is a skilled musician (classical and jazz) and is based outside of Basel, Switzerland.
